1. What is the RNR Wellness Program?
RNR stands for Revitalize, Nurture and Re-energize. This mind/body curriculum allows you to appreciate the power of life skill training, relaxation techniques and gentle yoga as tools to reduce stress and empower yourself for outstanding personal and professional achievement.
You will notice the video modules present Yoga instruction in unconventional ways. In developing the program, each module was designed to provide a balanced yoga practice encompassing all the foundations of Yoga, in a time efficient, user-friendly manner.
The Relaxation modules are designed to reduce stress and anxiety as well as help you develop focus and clarity so that you may use your energy efficiently. When we are able to think more clearly, we make better decisions, increase productivity and find solutions.
The motivational pieces of the program develop and reinforce the life skills that are essential in making appropriate choices which will lead you to the life experience you desire.
You can watch full screen with DVD quality or connect your laptop or PC to your office projection system or TV (using an S-cable).

2. Is the RNR Wellness Program easy to use?
The program has been designed to be user-friendly with instant access. Once you have logged in, you can access your assigned modules immediately by clicking on a category from the list that is displayed. You can also access the modules by clicking on the media tab and choose your category from there. Every module in that particular category will be listed. You can experience the module by simply clicking the thumbnail once. It will open immediately. Click the play button to begin. You can enlarge to full screen by pressing the button in the lower right corner of the media player. Close the screen when the module is finished. You can now repeat this process and use any other module. Log out when you are done. It is that simple.
Company representatives will receive an instructional document in order to easily manage their groups.

3. I don’t have a company to purchase my membership for me. Can I still enroll in the RNR Wellness Program?
Absolutely! Click on ENROLL from the homepage. This will bring you to the registration page. Upon completing both short pages, your payment will be processed. Once all your membership information has been received, you will be notified that your membership has been activated.
Memberships can be purchased monthly or at a discounted annual rate.

4. What happens if there are updates to the RNR Wellness Program during my membership?
All members in good standing, will automatically receive access to any new modules that are added during the course their membership.
Some restrictions may apply when dealing with Company groups.

5. I have never done Yoga before. Am I OK to try this?
There are many benefits from practicing Yoga. Although it is strongly recommended you check with your physician or health care provider before starting any form of activity to ensure you do not have any restrictions, the modules have been created to be accessible to everyone.
You may find some of the movement and terminology new but come to your practice with an open mind to new experiences.
Start with the Achieve modules and modify or take a break whenever necessary.

6. I feel stiff and sore from the last module I used. Have I hurt myself?
It is common to feel a certain level of soreness and/or stiffness when engaging in any new activity, including Yoga. Delayed onset muscle soreness (DOMS) is the pain or discomfort often felt 24 to 72 hours after exercising and subsides generally within 2 to 3 days. If the pain persists or worsens, you should seek medical attention.

7. I forgot my mat and don’t have a change of clothes. Can I still do this?
Although working on your mat is ideal because it provides grip and prevents slipping, in a pinch it can be done. It is important to be cautious so you don’t slip. As long as your clothes allow some freedom of movement, you should be ok with moderate or light practices.

8. How do I get the most out of my RNR Yoga experience?
It is recommended you view the module prior to participating so you may familiarize yourself with the sequences. You can view it full screen by using the controls in the lower right corner of the screen.
Whether you are using the RNR module at work, home or on the road, create a quiet, relaxing environment by shutting off all electronics including phones and pocket PCs.
The volume should be at a comfortable level so that you may enjoy the music and hear the instructions clearly.
Dim the lighting to help relax. If time allows light a candle.
Remember to approach each module free of judgment and criticism. Use it as an opportunity to connect with your body as you strengthen it. Most importantly enjoy yourself.

9. My mind wanders quite often when I am listening to the Relaxation modules. Am I doing something wrong?
It is very normal for the mind to wander. One of the objectives of the relaxation modules is to help develop a non-reactive, calm mind. Try to focus on the sound and sensation of your breath to keep your attention away from those distracting thoughts. When your distracting thoughts come into your mind, try to let them pass without fixating on it or letting your inner dialogue continue on that thought.

10. I found myself becoming very emotional during my Relaxation?
It is common to connect with a variety of emotions and sensations when you allow your mind and body to be still. Most often they are stored within the body and block the flow of energy and manifest in physical symptoms. It is best to acknowledge whatever comes up and know that you are moving closer to a peaceful stillness.

11. Do I have to listen to the Life Skills modules in order?
The material in the Life Skill modules is related but it is not necessary to listen to these modules in order. It is recommended you listen to them frequently to really absorb and implement the material.

12. I can’t open any of the documents from the Print Shop.
The documents in the Print Shop are in a PDF format. You will require Adobe Reader. It can be downloaded for free at http://get.adobe.com/reader/ .

13. My videos are not playing properly.
The videos are filmed in High Definition (HD) 1080i. There are some system requirements needed in order to view them without interruption. Review these System Requirements to ensure you can view the videos properly.

14. I am unable to log in.
Log in and passwords are case sensitive. Double check all letters are entered in correctly.

15. Can I change my log in and/password?
All members in good standing have access to their profile and can edit this information.
Some restrictions may be placed by HR administrators. In this case, you must contact your company representative directly.

16. I have changed my mind. Can I get a refund?
Full refunds for membership, can be provided only within 30 days of purchase. No refunds will be made after 30 days of subscription purchases. Please review the Terms and Conditions for full details on membership policies.
