“Primarily, I love all Belly dance disciplines; the organic body movement is what keeps me coming back ritualistically. My first exposure to Bellydance in a class setting was the Egyptian format; beautiful and elegant.  I love it to pieces!  To train my muscles and strengthen my body for this dance, I like to explore Yoga, various martial arts, Tribal and liquid fusion Bellydance.  Strengthening exercises, moves/techniques, drills and combinations offer a full body workout. Instructing dance keeps me working on my foundation daily and practicing both precise & expressive Bellydance. This combination has kept me in great shape/health, and accelerated my learning process.  Devoting hours per day to my craft, I am always changing and finding new ways to have fun with Bellydance; whether it’s instructing, training or performing.”
